Our products are made from variety of neoprene sponge grades in in black or cream colour.
Our neoprene is sourced from the best Taiwanese and Malaysian plants with whom we have had a working relationship for over 20 years
Std. SBR material weight is approx. 0.25 gram per cm3
Average tensile strength = 5kg / cm2
Compression set = 5%
Laminate jersey is mesh polyester in a choice of colours
Polyester/Nylon laminated to one or both sides of 2.5mm, 3.5mm or 5mm neoprene rubber outer shell
Other laminates including Lycra, velcro or hyperstretch are also available subject to your brief
Neoprene is also available in a number of unlaminated finishes including mesh, rib, sharkskin and finemesh- see colour info page. Some of these surfaces can be printed or embossed.
Standard packing by polybag in carton. Note: Certain products will damage in transit so have to be carefully packed. This will lead to greater costs on transportation. Some items are listed as compress-pack safe. These items are more cost effective to ship from our plants in the far east.
